Could you describe by detail which problem with your webform? Some screenshots are good too.
Actually I want the webform to send the enquiry details to the given email id after the submission. Here it is showing message "your enquiry received successfully " but actually not sending any email..
when you go to contact and fill and submit the form, the enquiry should be received as mail...
Please try to contact your hosting provider. Many customers have same problem because their host does not support sending email.
I am running a joomla site on same hosting...Its sending email properly.. So I dont think its a hosting problem isnt it?
So please send us your site url and admin account. We would like to have a check in your site.
Please make sure that all comments which contain your site information are checked "Private message" for security reason. Could you send us site url that you could send email as you said above? We would like to how different between two sites and find problem.
Or you could ask hosting provider again to make sure your site is supported sending email.
Sorry but we would like to know url of "joomla site on same hosting" that you mentioned above. Because we still can not find exactly what reason is.
I have checked with hosting provider and its supported for sending email..
