Somewhat better. However, can you elaborate on what files need to be modified for a customized menu? Seems that - even MORE than before - you've configured so much control at the main menu level that customizing is going to be a huge pain. Example: I want the submenus to be constrained to the width of the menu, and centered. Not floating off the screen as is the default for all your bundled styules.
If you would like to customize exiting style, please go to configure, tab design, you can paste all of your css code into textarea custom css there.
Or if you would like to make new style, please choose custom style then an instruction will appear to show how to name and where is css file for loading module. You can also paste css code into textarea custom css.
I am starting a new build for a client and have installed the latest version sent to me. Have you done any testing to see if there is a conflict with MegaMenu and MegaSlider? Here is a screen shot of the MegaMenu using Jquery 1.10. This Menu does not work with all version of JQuery. It seems to work with 1.5 on the administration pages using jQuerey Update, but that messes up other modules like Panels.
In my Version of md_megamenu.module is an issue implemented. On Line ~ 559 in the JS Code you defined a jQuery selector which selects .region-page-top element. This value should also be passed by the options. If you don't use regions or you override systems html.tpl file, you maybe get the error.
But the modules page thinks it is 7.x-2.0. and it also generates a 'The installed version of at least one of your modules or themes is no longer supported. ' message. even though I go to 'updates' and is says all up to date.
Then when I go to edit the mega menu it says: The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.
We checked and mega menu still works well. Till now, "no support" error only appears on your site so we have no clue what error is, reason, solution. Please send us your account information so we can check and find a solution.

Hi Webteam,
Thank you so much for your feedback. We will have fixed version soon :)
Recoverable fatal error: Object of class MDMegaTab could not be converted to string in MDMegaTab->initialize() (line 343 of /home/xxxxx/public_html/sites/all/modules/md_megamenu/includes/md_megamenu.class.inc).
I am having the same problem -- 1.18 is showing in updates as unsupported 2.0 release. Also it changed formatting of the menu -- any reason not to stay with 1.17? (maybe just change version number in module to stop receiving update notices)?
Please help us to edit/ change in file info of mega menu from version 2.0 to version 1.18 or re-download mega menu from your account page. It will work without "unsupported" error.
Sorry for your inconvenience with version 1.18 of Mega menu.
In 1.18, we changed HTML structure and js frontend so if you would like to use some customs, please re-create after updating to 1.18. Also, we will check and work for a better version ò Mega menu in the future.
Have you tried to create new custom style with version 1.18? Because new version has some changes in HTML structure and js frontend so old custom styles in previous version seem not to work with 1.18.
Have you tested this module on a live Drupal site, using JQuery Update? I'm using JQurey 1.18, uncompressed with no CDN and this is the garbage I get...... FFS how can you claim this works with all versions of JQuery? First you completly change the entire CSS structure without telling us, so I patiently rebuild all the css in my menu, only to find out it still doesn't work!!!!!!!!! You can't tell me this is working on all sites regardless of JQuery version...
Am I missing something here? Or I am i supposed to alternate between 1.15 and the actual modern version of Jquery the rest of the site needs each time I need to make an update
Many folks in here are actually experiencing a problem with MD MM that occurs when you don't use seven as your admin theme. Using Adminimal will cause a lot of the issues people are experiencing, especially there ones where modal buttons (like submit) don't work.
You can swap back to Seven, or write a custom module that changes the theme when in MD MM
if (isset($available[$theme]) && $available[$theme]->status && preg_match('/^admin\/structure\/md-megamenu/', current_path())) {
return $theme;
}
}
}
You will also need to update the weight of the module in the system table so that it fires after the custom theme setting in the appearance section. Put this in a hook_install, or alter the db directly
I have updated the md_mega menu to 7.x 2.0 and it can only work with JQuery 1.5 for the admin. I tried 1.7, 1.8, and 1.10 JQuery and none of them worked with md_mega menu.
I have used md_mega menu 7.x 1.5 and JQuery 1.5 for a while and they worked fine together.
Do you have any updates and/or suggestions for JQuery version and md_mega menu 7.x 2.0?
The latest version of Mega menu is 7.x-.18 and you can please download it from your account page (http://megadrupal.com/user/peteryoung). Version 7.x-2.0 was our mistake in file info and we fixed already.
I am having this same issue where the add button is not working I Purchased the module about a week ago, is there any fix? I have been waiting for a reply back after now three different posts and a week has past by.

Hi there, if there is a new version that works with newer versions ofjquery could you please send it to me as well?
Droddis,
Sent it to your email already. Please remember to run update.php :)
Thank you, is there now a recommended version of Jquery we should be running?

I have version
md_megamenu-7.x-1.17.zip
is that the one that you were emailing folks? If not, I would love to get the one that works.
OK, I downloaded what was labeled as
md_megamenu-7.x-1.18.zip
But the modules page thinks it is 7.x-2.0. and it also generates a 'The installed version of at least one of your modules or themes is no longer supported. ' message. even though I go to 'updates' and is says all up to date.

Yes md_megamenu.info says version = "7.x-2.0"
Hi all,
You can download the latest version 7.x-1.18 in your account page

7.x-1.18 does not work at all for me

and "Not supported!" in the module list.
Remove extra $ in line 343: ..."? $$this->settings"...
Hi all,
We just updated a fixed file. Please go to your account page to re-download Mega menu.
Still has the extra $ in line 343: ..."? $$this->settings" in md_megamenu.class.inc
Carlodimartino,
Please download it once again :)

Hi,
So the problem appears with version 1.18 and you are using ver 1.17 on your site, right? We see menu is ok and does not display transparently.

Hi Droddis,
We have just sent you the new update of MD Megamenu
Please check your email and update
I tried the version you sent and get the following errors.
Have you run any tests with sites running both the MegaMenu and MD Slider?
Hi,
Please check your email, download the attached file and update in sites/all/modules/custom/md_megamenu/templates/menu/theme.inc

You can swap back to Seven, or write a custom module that changes the theme when in MD MM
Here is all you need:
/**
* Implements hook_custom_theme().
*/
function YOURMODULE_custom_theme() {
$theme = variable_get('YOURMODULE_mdmm_custom_theme', 'seven');
if ($theme != '_default') {
$available = list_themes();
if (isset($available[$theme]) && $available[$theme]->status && preg_match('/^admin\/structure\/md-megamenu/', current_path())) {
return $theme;
}
}
}
You will also need to update the weight of the module in the system table so that it fires after the custom theme setting in the appearance section. Put this in a hook_install, or alter the db directly
/**
* Implements hook_install();
*/
function YOURMODULE_install() {
db_update('system')
->fields(array('weight' => 100))
->condition('name', 'YOURMODULE' , '=')
->execute();
}
Hi Soyarma,
Thank you very much for your feedback. That helps us a lot
Should you have any suggestion or ideal, feel free to share us. It would be much appreciated
Many thanks again,
Hi,
