I've changed path on one of the blog views and modified block settings so they showed up with new path, but nothing is displayed. Usually that'd work. Is there any other setting that I'm missing?

That is exactly what I've done before. Here is the link: http://forcerecon.semargl.ca/intel and I added "intel" into the url list of every block on Blog page, but nothing is displaying. Could be that I'm missing something obvious.
So could you send us your site url, admin account and FTP account? We would like to check and fix problem for you.
