I've read the forum about this problem, and also tried http://megadrupal.com/forum/module-support/mega-menu/142 but it won't work.
I'm on Drupal 7.40 (localhost), PHP 5.2.17 (Yes, I hate my client's supplier)
'Aggregate and compress CSS files' and 'Aggregate JavaScript files' are both unckecked.
Tried #142 replace file, the problem is the same as jQuery Update Version 1.7-1.11
jQuery Update Version 1.4-1.5 : On page load it says - "TypeError: e.attrHooks is undefined", I can add new item, looks like working, but with error.
jQuery Update Version 1.7-1.11 : When I click "Add new item" the firebug console says "Error: no such method 'select' for tabs widget instance" clicking "Add" and it says "Error: no such method 'add' for tabs widget instance", not working.
After using Version 1.4-1.5 to edit the menu, multiple errors says "TypeError: b(...).offset(...) is null" in every page the module is displayed no matter which version of jQuery.
Since I'm on localhost, I don't know how to give you access. Can you advice what should I do to fix the problem?
Seems like I made a mistake replacing file in #142 I replace jquery_update/replace/ui folder instead of jquery_update/replace/ui/ui folder.
Now 'Add' and 'Edit' works with 1.8.23, but I got TypeError: b(...).offset(...) Is Undefined in /sites/all/modules/md_megamenu/js/awemenu.min.js?v=1.0 on every pages.
ADDED: md_megamenu/css/awemenu/css/lib/bootstrap.min.css seems to change site default css unexpectedly and mess up many of my site css, did I do something wrong?

Also, how can I disable bootstrap.css since it changes fonts and many css in the site.
I have applied the fixed version, uninstall, and re-install the module but still got the error

Last question. I'm using custom theme which I customize MD Megamenu myself, can I comment out all css styles in "sites/all/modules/md_megamenu/css/awemenu/css/lib/bootstrap.min.css"? It changes layout of the website quite much.
