Please go to theme setting: admin/appearance/settings/md_birva, tab Design > Blocks, you could find where to change title of block Our Process.

Have you tried to change it as below image? We just checked and it seems to work normally.
And about the error, which page can we see it? We could not find it on your site.
I did try to change it but it didn't change. Please try and change it and see. The error appears above the notification update.

We checked and it seems like you did change something in source so we can not save change in theme settings. Please go to sites/all/themes/md_birva/template, open file page--front.tpl.php, find line 148 then change "Our process" title there.

But that means I cannot edit anything from my theme again?
We think so. We have no idea about this problem. Our site still works well. You could install profile a new Birva on your host to check.
I had to start over again locally. Now it works fine But now I am seeing an error.
Notice: Undefined index: icon in include() (line 237 of C:\xampp\htdocs\search\sites\all\themes\md_birva\template\page--front.tpl.php).
Please go to theme settings then update icon in Footer. The error will disappear.
