I am not able to modify or replace any image files using theme appearance settings console. Could this be a permission issue? I noticed that I can chane anything in the default themes and if I download a free theme to test it I can modify things no problem.

Hi,
Which image would you like to change/ edit? If you would like to change images of settings in theme settings so please remember that we use module media for them. You can test by trying to add content in Content type Blog and add field media.
If you could not add field media, please go to /admin/config/media/file-system, config and check that folder permission is correct or not.
Hi there, I will have a look again at folder permissions again.
All other themes work fine for editing as does any new content created. However, nothing to do with theme with respect to images can be changed.... buttons simply do not work.

We checked and found reason. You could see problem because your server block file /sites/all/modules/contrib/jquery_update/replace/ui/external/jquery.cookie.js, it make jQuery not work.
You need config server to unblock file jquery cookie or you can copy content of file http://demo.megadrupal.com/d7/md-make/sites/all/modules/contrib/jquery_u... to below file http://www.ohmwaters.com/live/sites/all/modules/contrib/jquery_update/re.... We can not connect your FTP.
Thanks Phuonght, it was the new modsecurity rules blocking the script. Working fine now.
