Trying to add a slider to a Drupal 7 build with Bootstrap and I ran into a problem.

Slider is created, and now as I am trying to EDIT the slider the Slide Settings open UNDER the overlay where it is useless.

Where should I adjust the z-index value for the Slide Settings box so that it appears in focus OVER the overlay? If you could point me to the correct .css file and the correct selector that would be great.

Also, when I add an image, it shows up on the default background and can be resized by dragging the lower right corner, but can't be MOVED from the original top left position. What's the problem there and how is that fixed?
