Mega Slider problem with Refaktor Contour Theme

The slider does not seem to function with the Refaktor Contour Theme.
Maybe a js conflict?

After i create a new slider, all functions are not responding and popup windows are inactive

ok, managed to make it work. Needed to select jquery 1.8dev
