UTF-8 support in megamenu (problem with foreign characters like: ćčđšž)

Hi,

I am using mega menu for Serbian and hungarian sites. We have characters like these: áéúőűóüö žćčđš

Here are the steps to reproduct the error:

First when I save for example a HTML widget with these characters and load the megamenu everything is fine

when I edit the megamenu again, and edit the HTML widget, then it gone wrong

The tricky thing is, that it mess it up even if you do not edit the particulat HTML widget, it is enought to edit the megamenu and save it.

Please see this http://support.megadrupal.com/forum/module-support/mega-menu/94 and download patch file. I'll add those fix in next version.

Neo - we can't use "&" character in the menu - it drops everything after it when you save it.
