In the file below:
have you created a Image style named Webinars? You need to create that Image style then you can see it works.
if I already have my folder webinars.
I check the details and not working.
(please see screens above)
Please help us check once again on your site:
Go to admin/config/media/image-styles, and check if there is Webinars.
If you can not see it there, so you need to create Webinars image style.
So,

What was the problem?
Hi,
In config view, you should choose image style Webinars, path: full path. Then in Template file, just print the path.
We fixed like that. There is no need to use function: image_style_url.
