I noticed that Menu disappears when pressing "folio" item and being taken to that region. It shows up only if you move it slightly down, 1 px or so.

Here are 2 examples.
Top: I click on th e "Folio" link in the menu and page is scrolled to the "Folio" region, but menu does not show up
Bottom: Menu shows up only after I drag scroll bar down by few pixels.
