In file theme-setting.php, after line 291, add the following:

$default_settings['address_info'] = 'icon fontello icon-phone,||,font_icon|icon-phone,||,Call Us,||,0307-567-890,||';

remember go to theme setting and reset after editing.

I've created a subtheme of md_bigstream to customize my site, and I'm having the same problem reported here, I can't add my contact information and nothing is showing beside the contact form, if I change default theme to md_bigstream then it works fine, How can I edit my contact information and make it visible in my subtheme?

Please re-save the contact information in your subtheme first

Or copy file webform.tpl.php to subtheme 

If the problem is not solved, please give us your site urrl, admin account and ftp account, we will help you to check and fix thiss issue

Can you say what you fixed? Many people come to this site for information on how to fix there problems. Im having the same problem and if you could point me in the right direction, Im sure I can fix it.
