We just updated to 7.x-1.10 and have discovered that for smaller screens the drop down menu no longer turns into a select dropdown menu box even when responsive is enabled. We have reverted back to 7.x-1.9 as a result till the issue is resolved.

I still have the issue on a recent install: on an Android smartphone in portrait mode I get no menu.
When I swipe to the left I get an empty vertical stroke, and when I scroll down, then the menu appears, but the page won't slide back to the right hiding the empty column...

I do not have the issue when I test on my laptop with the smallest possible screen size.

Hi, this made it worse: now the white area is twice as big as before, it also appears in landscape mode and menu still not showing...
Please undo step at comment #8 then go to http://megadrupal.com/forum/theme-support/phoenix, post new topic and send us your admin account and FTP account by private comment so we can have a check in your site.
