In the demo and in the page templates, there is a call to social icons, in theme settings. However, there are no theme settings for social icons. Plese advise where these should be.

We do not understand clearly your problem. Could you describe more? Some screenshots are good too.
When you click on "Add More" for the social icons, it does nothing... it only allows me to create one and then clicking Add More does nothing - can't really show a screenshot of that.
