When enabling the "sticky menu" option in the theme settings, I get a "mobile" menu behavior where the menu is completely hidden until you open it, with the mobile menu icon in the top left.  Is this the intended behavior?  I've worked with many Bootstrap themes and this is not what I expected for "sticky menu".

Also, when you do click on the menu icon and the menu opens, it covers the site name/description (and presumably the logo if it was working).
