I checked your site. The header youtube video is displayed well. What browser/device that you used to check video? Please note video does not display in mobile device.
About meta tags, I view the site source and see this:

yes it is but why i must add some code manually?
so you add those meta tag by adding code manually, not by module meta tags? If yes, I'll check and fix it.
