You can go to Strucrure/Blocks and change the order
Cindy, I moved the order using the blocks, but the region names need to be changed also in order to make them symantically correct. I took care of that, too. I thought perhaps there was a different way of changing the order that was hidden within the custom administrative interface. You might consider, for the future, to genericize some of the region names. - Carl
