Admin for MD_SLIDER not working

I'm running Panolopy distro of Drupal. I've installed md_slider 2.11. When I attempt to click on settings or delete an image it simply reloads the page. I've replaced the MediaYouTubeBrowser.inc file as suggested on the forum. I'm not sure what I can do to make this work. Please advise.

The lastest version of MD Slider is 2.16

Please update and check first
