Error when installing the module

I just installed all module and submodules. I see that the content type "md_portfolio" is created.

But this content type doesn't have the image field, in fact no fields are added here.

I already uninstall and reinstall the module, clear caches, etc.

No I didn't. I'm creating content type and view from scratch, but I got a problem with Masonry view. I just created other post for this.
