Hi Cindy, First, I love the Alpine look!
My issue: I am trying to rearrange the layout.
I want to switch Blog and About Us.
Here's what I've done so far:
I've edited the md_alipine.info file in the themes and switched the blocks.
I've switched the menu:
But "About us" is still the first block under Home, when I click in the menu About Us, it moves one block down, and when I click on Blog, it moves all the way to the bottom.
What am I doing wrong?

In Menu, #blog and #about are the html ID
Please open file page--front.tpl.php
You can see the tag
<section id-"...">
and switch them
Can you change the name of the Blocks?
You go to Structure, click on Configure of each Block and change the Block Title in the box Block Title
