Make elements persist beyond timeline

Hi

Is there a way to make elements persist beyond the timeline?

On a lot of websites they have only one banner image (Or Slide) with an element or two (eg a logo...). I would like some of these elements to persist beyond the timeline. Is this possible?

I could put theses elements in blocks but some elemets are part of the banner design and only sclae correctly in MD Slider

However, our module has not supported this function
