Chrome display issue

Hello!

I found the following error in the theme:
When i access the blog via Chrome, the area below the header is hidden beneath a white rectangle. This problem also occures in your demo.

I would be grateful, if you could provide me some advice how to solve this problem.

hi Chrome dispaly issue also:

1-Header-menu and main-menu not show some time.

2-scroling not completed.

3-In Portfolio when click taxonomy not change images and after scroll changed.

( I add RTL style and multi language to my theme chulan Meanwhile.)

4-In fireFox likn: "http://cinco.ir/?language=en#about" not work?

Please guidance to edit chulan theme
