I somehow am missing something in the way of block styling. How do I apply the widget styes to standard and custom blocks?

My blocks on this site show no title and have very bland styling. I would like them to be styled like the theme widgets. See the screenshots at https://tbrcna.org/blog/md-boom-multi-widget-styling

I am sure this is something simple that I am overlooking.
