Hi, When I narrow my browser on my computer to minimum width the responsive menu activates correctly but when I view it on my Sumsung android phone the responsive menu is not activated and shows full width.

The problem comes from your theme
In file bootstrap_labtech/css/style.css, we see:
.navMenu {
width: 1180px;
}
Please replace with:
@media (min-width: 1180px){
.navMenu {
width: 1180px;
}
}
