Frontpage Modification not possible

Hi,

i am not able to modify the front page, e.g. to add a picture or change the wording of "Welcome to Ambrosia"

The Error Message called:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function block_admin_configure_submit() in /homepages/32/d779591100/htdocs/includes/form.inc on line 1524

Pls can someone help me?

which PHP version are you using?

It seems to me, that it works with old PHP Version of 5.6.

But: I cannot still editing the frontpage sentence

Three Error Message appear:

2. Fatal error: Call to undefined function media_browser_js() in /homepages/32/d779591100/htdocs/sites/all/modules/custom/md_block/md_block.module on line 224 (when i try to configure the frontpage block, to change the wording of: Welcome to Ambrosia

3. Error: Call to undefined function media_browser_js() in md_ambrosia_block_form_alter() (line 27 of /homepages/32/d779591100/htdocs/sites/all/modules/custom/md_ambrosia_theme/module/md_ambrosia_block/md_ambrosia_block.module)

downloaded these moduls and activated.

But still recieve following message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function block_admin_configure_submit() in /homepages/32/d779591100/htdocs/includes/form.inc on line 1524

when i try to modify the front page, like upload a picture or try change the wording: Welcome to ambrosia.

All Module are updated, except:

MD Slider

7.x-2.16

7.x-2.22 (Release notes)

The Next Error Message is, when within Admin Area:

The error message is because of core drupal problem. Please re-update Drupal core in the theme package

Ok.

1. PHP Version = 5.6 (should i update to 7.2 ?)

2. All Modules Updated

3. Actual Core Drupal Version = 7.35 (instead of 7.66. Should i update to 7.66)

4. Unable to modify the wordings of the frontapge, like Welcome to ambrosia. After i want to save, follow message appear:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function block_admin_configure_submit() in /homepages/32/d779591100/htdocs/includes/form.inc on line 1513
