why the css files from 1.15 are not working with 1.16? I've made a custome css file and my menu does not look like old one if I specify it.

Please send us your frontend link, so that we can check your file custom css
What is the name of your file custom css?
Please uncheck "Aggregate CSS files" in "admin/config/development/performance" so that we could easily check the file
As I've said in the first post, I'm using 1.15 in production mode and I want to upgrade in last version. I've downloaded the 1.25 version.
So,
Does the version 7.x-125 work well? Do you need support anymore? If yes, please give us your site link as requested
This is for internal communication website, so no access from internet. The 1.25 version is not compatible with the 1.15 css labels! Have you got some infos to convert css from the old version to actual version?

In new version, we change the way to render megamenu html , class and style
So, if you update the latest version, you have to add custom css => your theme
