Slider not working

Hi,

I'm having problems to set a slider with the last version of Mega Slider. I set it in local and it works perfect, but when I added in my produciton site, it doesn't charge the slider, it charges just one image and all the texts aligned on the top left side of the screen.

Is your problem at backend or frontend?

If it is at frontend just give us your website link only

If it is at backend, take some screenshots and send us + debug with browser tool and send us screenshots also (for example inspect chrome browser, tab console)

You can upload screenshots online (dropbox, GG Drive,...) and send us the link

We could not check and fix anything with just that screenshot. Because our demo with latest version has no problem. That's why we ask for your website link

As mentioned clearly in previous comment:

- If it is at frontend just give us your website link only

- If it is at backend, take some screenshots and send us + debug with browser tool and send us screenshots also (for example inspect chrome browser, tab console)

In order to get response in reasonable time we are kindly asking you to provide following information while opening support ticket:

Your website URL and credentials information
Detailed description of actions taken before issue
Screenshots of the problem
Any other information that we find useful

All private information will be sent via private message in support forum for security reason and will not be provided to any third party

Which slider are you talking about?

We check your homepage but see no slider

Then we check another page and see this slider https://1drv.ms/u/s!ArRPkgVQNPYZhBAqi2anhRniSvoS

But it has no problem

Are you sure? We do not see any slider at that page. Yet, when we inspect, we find nivo-slider, not our md slider

How can we check and fix your issue without permission to log in your site. Even at your front-end, there is no MD Slider

We cannot see and check the problem. Because we test our demo with latest version of MD Slider but see no issue as your report

Your problem may be because of conflict between other modules and our module
