The slider gives me an error and shows up white when I view it in internet Explorer 10.
The error is the following:
SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'join' of undefined or null reference
md-slider.js, line 7 character 11830

What version of MD Slider are you using? We check but we see no error as you post above.
Please go to folder md_slider\js and remove md-slider.js, rename md-slider.dev.js > md-slider.js and check if there is any error or warning?
