7.x-1.24 which I assume is the latest? The server is not using ftp but GIT and the supplier uses Github. It is behind firewalls and not public.
The supplier pushed out the version I got because the remove icon button wasn't there before.
But nothing happens when i click it. So I assume there's something in script that prevents it from working.
As stated above my sub menu view looks different from the one Cindy posted.

We check and see that you use item link to drag and drop sub megamenu (not submenu dropdown)
Please check and follow the screenshot below, then clear drupal cache
