Is it possible to have a main nav and a secondory nav using MD Megamenu on the same page? I run into problems every time I try to do this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which version are you using? Drupal7 or Drupal8? Is it the latest version?
At front end, our Mega menu is a block, so you can display more than one menu. Just asign different megamenu blocks into the region you want
If you could not do it, please send us your site url and admin account to check
I can assign them, but the problem is only one will work as a megamenu with the md megamenu styling and functionality. Any other megamenu blocks placed on the same page have no styling and megamenu functioanlity at all; They display as a normal menu.

Note: When custom css, each block Megamenu is wrapped by a tag div whose class name is: ac_wrap_menu- and Machine name menu
In our test case, they are ac_wrap_menu-main and ac_wrap_menu-menu-22
You should check and follow this class to customize style for each mega menu
The problem is with the bootstrap theme, I need the megamenu to work properly with bootstrap and it only works on the first megamenu block placed. If I place any more instances of that menu block the megamenu dont work and it I delete the first instance of the block and place a new instance of the block the mega menu do not work at all even if it is the only menu block on the page. Please help me solve this, I have been stuck trying to get this to work properly with bootstrap for a while.

Alright Thank You, an update is I found that I do not have these problems with MD Megamenu on my drupal instance running 8.5.0 but am having the problems on 8.5.3
