I tested it.

I create database, install megamenu module, Porto theme.

In menu editing page, create some menu items then click the build buton above the save button. ( http://prntscr.com/iapwi8 )

In the building page, update settings or drag elements to sub megamenu then click save button (http://prntscr.com/iapxrg)

Check frontend, Porto theme & sub theme. Megamenu shows normally. There are no errors. (http://prntscr.com/iapz5p)

I try checking megamenu on your site. Awe_builder module is not still updated.

anh file awe_builder/assets/js/awebuilder.js in our module. They are different. The above link miss some data at the end of  awebuilder.js file

File zip which we sent you, it is ok.

See  at the end of awe_builder/assets/js/awebuilder.js file, you will see line })(AweBuilder || (AweBuilder = {})); but when i open link http://d8.teeyou.com/modules/awe_builder/assets/js/awebuilder.js on chrome browser, i can not see it. Some data at the end of file is missing.

I want to send you a screenshot but link http://d8.teeyou.com/modules/awe_builder/assets/js/awebuilder.js does not work anymore.

Previously, you sent us your site's source code without database. We set up new database and see no problem with our megamenu the we already sent you some screenshots at local host.

We check and still see no problem. Now, these are steps that we have made to check:

Step 1: Download your above database and import it

Step 2: Set up a new account named congnv, open tables: users_field_data and user__roles to create password and set admin role

Step 3 : After log-in, we edit menu, click on edit button (pen icon) http://prntscr.com/idiy70

Step 4 : After buiding page is loaded, click save http://prntscr.com/idj021

Step 5: Check frontend http://prntscr.com/idj17a

Please try to follow those steps and see if there is any issue

See your image, menubar width is too small.
