Md slider 2.14 - cannot configure

I've just purchased MD-slider for drupal from code canyon.

When I go to create an Md-slider, having read the documentation, I am unable to select a background image or colour.

I have version 2.14.

The admin overlay and menu breaks.

For a module that I've paid for, I expect it to work out of the box.

Help/Assistance is much appreciated.
