missing fid

Hi,
Going the easiest way first. Feel free to ask any questions, i can pull values out with the debugger, but wanted to try the forum first.

Undefined variable: fid in Drupal\md_slider\Form\MDSliderImageForm->buildForm()
(line 96 of /modules/contrib/md-slider/src/Form/MDSliderImageForm.php)
