Is it doable to have more than 7 parallax blocks?
I know how to add code to the theme php files, but I do not know how to include additional parallax blocks to theme admin interface, where user can edit new blocks (i.e. Parallax 8).

Just tell us where do you want the Parallax 8 to be placed? And how the region is arranged?
(You can go to Strcuture > Blocks to see the region's arrangement)

I am (sort of) experienced with Drupal and can place my own regions in the subtheme's page--front.tpl, no problem with that, as a matter of fact I already did, since I need 9 parallax regions altogether. I put these two new regions above Footer region.
My original question was - How can I add these two new regions to Theme admin Interface where there are only Parallax 1 - 7?
When writing block I really meant Region.
No answer on this?
