This is the notice i am getting and the home page is not displaying the sliders. Please help

Have you added map marker in theme settings yet? This problem occurs because you do not add or remove map marker. The best way is sending us your site information so we can have a check.
After clone Views: Small Team Sliderm you have to clone its template also. Please go to sites/all/themes/md_meriada/template/views/team, copy small_slider and set name for new folder as well as template files in that folder to match with views name.
