and also tried to install the distribution provided by MD, but I can see only the loader: http://brilliant.babakocsi.underdevelopment.ro/
I believe there is some javascript/jquery issue.

in case of profile install it was uploaded the md_brilliant_install_profile.zip, unzipped on the server.
do you want access to the cpanel or to the installed sites?

There is always js error in file drupal.js on your server. You can check by inspect element of chrome. We also changed to theme BARTIK but it still has same problem so we think you should contact hosting provider to check if some drupal services are blocked.

If I install only the kickstarter everything works nomally.

I'm the hosting provider, what do you want to check on the host side? The js files has effect on client side, not related to the host.

We tried instaling a new site Drupal (Drupal 7.56), it is a source that we downloaded from Drupal.org then installed to your host and did not use anything from theme Brilliant. After installing, the same problem still occured:

Looks like all was connected to the installed version in public_html.
I just installed a clean Drupal(Drupal 7.56) into public_html (babakocsi.underdevelopment.ro) there is no javascript error, and now your clean installation: http://brilliant.babakocsi.underdevelopment.ro/ works without error too.

Hm, it is very strange, different subdomains, folders should not be connected, but looks like they are.

We only installed new Drupal to brilliant.babakocsi.underdevelopment.ro (link: http://brilliant.babakocsi.underdevelopment.ro/) then js errors appeared. We did not install to other folders because we did not know which folders you worked in.

I have attempted to load various versions of jQuery using the jquery_update module settings page (/admin/config/development/jquery_update), but no luck.

There may be some files missing when you upload source code.
As Pegazus's issue above, we have to remove his source and re-upload
