A product (example SLUMBERLAND TEMPSMART WARWICK II) has only 1 SKU and this product can have many styles. So if you change style, you can not change product sku.
Actually not correct. Originally Drupal commerce AND the real world use different SKU for different style. try this page from Commerce Kickstart http://www.commercekickstart.com/tops/guy-short-sleeve-tee . from my page you can see I use different SKU for different size and "style", please help to rectify this.

It is a customization that is out of support policy so please customize by yourself to have different styles in a product.
Please double check this with your development team. It is definitely not a customization. Drupal Commerce is suppose to work that way, just like when you select any Variation, the price will change, so does the SKU.
This theme was designed to have one product type so if you want to create more product types and SKU is changed following product type, you need to customize code. You can do it by yourself or use our service (fee will be charged).
