Hi, I installed the siteprofile and can't edit most of the homepage. It seems there is no content when I try to edit the AWEcontent pages.

It doesn't appear to be fixed. Again, the issue is editing the content on the homepage.
Your homepage has error and we can not fix it, please create new page with awecontent, set template as Onepage then edit content in new page.
