How can i avoid this error?

Notice: Undefined variable: title_des in include() (line 152 of /home/artpt/public_html/beta/sites/all/themes/md_make/templates/page/page_awe/page--node--type--page.tpl.php).

I put this in my settings (admin/appearance/settings/)

and in my page i have this warning.

how can i avoid this?

all my pages have page title and description
