"Unfortunately no units are available - try different dates if possible."
But my rooms are avaliable on that dates

Is not your theme, the same with theme Seven drupal core;
need save rooms->config- bookings if you update unit-types....

By editing the unit type, description, title, etc. all types of units are no longer selectable to search availability.
you need to save the settings -> rooms->config- bookings : see attached image.
