You can please install https://www.drupal.org/project/webform_localization to use with multilingual site.
Also, in each webform, there is a option "avaiable as block" https://i.imgur.com/lL3Po7U.png.  With this option, you can use it in awecontent and drag drop block to any page you would like.

i dont have the button BUILD PAGE WITH AWECONTENT

available here..

So we highly recommend you create a node with awcontent then set webform avaiable as block, drag drop block in awecontent.

I'm still learning drupal, and I'm a bit confused on how I can make a new node (like described) and replace the portfolio. Could you tell me the steps to how to do this?

Please go to admin/structure/types/manage/portfolio, click "Enable MD AWEContent" and save then you can create a portfolio page using AWECONTENT.
