Hi, I can't get MegaMenu to show ampersands in titles of links. Have tried "&" and everything including "&" gets cut off and have tried "&" but it doesn't get converted into an ampersand. I am using version MD MM 7.x-2.0 and Drupal Core 7.41.

Please try with version of Mega menu that you could download from your account page first (http://megadrupal.com/user/rick1). If it still does not work, please send us your site url, admin account and FTP account by private comment, we would like to have a check in your site.
I still have this issue with Drupal Core 7.53 and MD MegaMenu 7.x-1.19. I can use it one time in an item title but it is removed automatically I save the menu next time.
