Hello,
I have a problem with Drupal 8 version of slider. When I create new slider everything works fine, but in front end elements of the slide doesn't shows up until I click on some of the arrows to change it, then, again, when it ends slider won't show next slider until I click on the arrow.
I tried to enable/disable loop, auto play, show/hide arrows (a lot of different combinations) but nothing changes.
I'm on Drupal 8.2.1.
Is there some solution for this problem?

Please set background for slide. In your case, you can use a transparent image.
Ok, great, it working now.
What about transitions?
When slide changes it just shows up, but I set fade transition effect.
That transition is applied for Background image
You do not set BG image, thus the transition will not work
I have a background image and slide just desapear without fade effect...
Because your background image is a transparent one, you can not see its transition
