Drupal 8 - Slider elements are loading in onscreen before being hidden.

Thanks for the Drupal 8 version. I've used the Druapl 7 version on a few preimum themes I have brought before, and it is my favourate slider module.

I've purchsed this so I can use the Drupal 8 version on a new Drupal 8 site I'm working on. I've installed the Drupal 8 version, and while I've found a few bugs, I've been able to get it working OK. However, I have a problem that when you go to the page with the slider on it, for a few seconds all the slider elements (images and text) load onto the first slider and are visible in a bit of a jumble before being hidden again and displayed as they should be.

Please advise on how to stop this happening.

I second this concern.

Not so much that the elements should be hidden (I haven't found a way to hide elements), but it does take longer for the styling of the layers and fonts to kick in.

Hi Infoo,

That is because JS of MD Slider loads all image elements to calculate size and responsiveness when loading page. We will add option "slider preloader" so that slider elements displays right as it should be without any jumble. Please check your email for the update

Hello,

Just installed drupal8 version beta4 and like the loading. May one improvement should be done.

The space which is used for the loading is a lot higher as the slider itself. Makes the content move a lot further down and by that "invisible" for visitors.

The loading area should be less or max high as the effected zone height is defined.
