animation and transition library not loading

pls purchsed this item and when installed(D7) the animation and transition library does not load. any help!

Sorry however we can not see any slider in your site and can not check problem. Please create slider first.

To create a new slider: go to admin/structure/md-slider, create slider, add block and page where you need to display your slider.

Can you please take a look at your /admin/structure/md-slider/1/edit? It seems to work normally.
