message from my developer when i asked him why the map doesnt always show - "The google maps feature occasionally fails to load the location due to the API being used by the theme developer, which prevents multiple calls to Google's server without an API key. You can sign up for a developer account and get an API key to prevent this from happening, but this would be outside the scope of this gig, and it would be easier to follow this up with the theme developers as this bug is specific to the theme you purchased"
