Rather than a future request this is actually a deficiency that the text objects and images can't be rotated. Also it is not possible to scale an image to a bigger size than the canvas so that i can pan a specific part of an image.

As for your question,
1. Rotate animation for text and image object: We do offer this effect, and as we have checked, all works fine
2. Scale an image to a bigger size:
Our module is responsive, so the image cannot be zoom out in different view modes. All background, text, video and image are caculated to display responsively. So your request is impossible
Or may we misunderstand your questions? If yes please explain more
