DO you mean that the slider is not full-screen but there is a space for navigation bar (menu) right under the slider?
You can
- Go to Structure > MD Fullscreen Slider > Configure
- Fill a Negative Number in the Slide Height of BASIC SETTINGS. For example -80, it means your slide lacks 80 pixel to be full in height and this space will be used for Navigation bar.

I'm not using MD Fullscreen Slider for my header. I'm using Custom Slide Maximage.

Currently, Custom Slide Maximage does not support that kind of function. If you want the main menu visible right at the bottom of the slider, you have to code js yourself
If you use Fullscreen Slider,easier, you just need to configure slide
