Coming soon as maintenance page

Hi,

I try to use "coming soon" page as maintenance page.

I found "page--node--68.tpl.php" and rename for "maintenance-page.tpl.php" and changed my settings.php ($conf['maintenance_theme'] = 'md_phoenix';)

I put the code from "html.tpl.php" and "page.tpl.php", but a lot of scripts not present when the page is loaded...

How could I used "coming soon" as maintenance page ?
