Download from https://github.com/arshaw/fullcalendar/releases/download/v2.6.0/fullcale... > extract at folder sites/all/libraries and rename folder to fullcalendar. Also, please check if it has right path - sites/all/libraries/fullcalendar/fullcalendar.js

I have the same problem.
The error message in status report is:
FullCalendar: FullCalendar Missing
Could not load the FullCalendar Library
After downloading fullcalendar library, according to the instructions, the error remains, now appearing in one line instead of two :
FullCalendar: FullCalendar Missing
I tried installing newer versions of fullcalendar library or moment, but nothing worked. Any ideas?

Library was fine, the module wasn't installed. Thought it was installed by default and it didn't occur me to check. Just fixed it.
